* Key Accountabilities:

*** Developing and implementing data strategy and analytics initiatives that align with business objectives.
* Leading and managing cross-functional teams to execute on data initiatives and drive insights that impact business decisions.
* Designing and implementing data models and simulations to forecast trends and patterns.
* Conducting advanced analysis using statistical tools and software, such as R or Python.
* Identifying areas for improvement in data collection and analysis processes and recommending solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
* Preparing reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to executive leadership and other stakeholders.
* Mentoring and coaching junior data analysts and fostering a data-driven culture within the organization.
** Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements
*** 7-9 years of professional experience in data analysis or a related field.
* Advanced experience in SQL programming, statistical analysis and data modeling
* Extensive experience in statistical software, such as R, SAS, or Python.
* Proven experience leading and managing cross-functional teams to execute on data initiatives.
* Ability to lead, track, and communicate status of team initiatives
* Demonstrated ability to be trustworthy and dependable
* Experience developing and implementing data strategy and analytics initiatives that align with business objectives.
* Demonstrate advanced analytic skills and attention to detail
