Education:

High school diploma required

Experience, & Skill Requirements

2-3+ years of hardware or software support experience in a large enterprise environment

Strong knowledge of PC hardware, software, networking and Active Directory administration

Experience with Microsoft Windows 11 and imaging tools

Experience supporting end-user workstations

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

Preferred

Skills:

Experience with Windows Auto Pilot imaging preferred

Overview:

We are looking for an Imaging Technician to provide on-site hardware support at the Depot.

Key Accountabilities

Imaging computers and preparing systems for shipment

Following established processes and guidelines to ensure consistent and efficient task completion

Setting up computer workstations

Demonstrating strong technical aptitude with computer hardware

Unboxing and setting up monitors, docking stations, and related equipment

Providing desktop support with solid EUC knowledge, including Windows 11

Running Windows updates

Occasionally lifting equipment weighing 20-30 pounds
