OIM Engineer - W2

Location: Irving, TX
Description: Our client is currently seeking an OIM Engineer - W2.

Locations:
Open to Charlotte, Dallas, Minneapolis, Chandler, Des Moines, Columbus, Raleigh, San Antonio and Washington DC
Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Strong practical experience with Oracle Identity Manager (OIM 12c).
• In-depth understanding of IAM concepts, including Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Policy-Based Access Control (PBAC), user provisioning, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Segregation of Duties (SoD).
• Experience working with OIM connectors, including:
  • Active Directory / LDAP
  • RACF connectors
  • SQL / database systems
  • Web Logic Server
• Proficiency in working with REST and SOAP APIs, along with system integration capabilities.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
