Location:

Charlotte, NC - Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 remote)

Contract Length: 6mo

Pay Rate: $60 - $65

Top Requirements:

* Strong Figma expertise with experience delivering end-to-end design artifacts

* Experience in financial services (banking preferred) with customer experience design focus

* Strong experience in human-centered design / design thinking methodologies

Plusses:

* Experience with Agile delivery environments

* Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive design strategy independently

* Strong presentation skills and ability to simplify complex concepts

* Experience with service design and journey mapping

* Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and leadership

Job Summary:

In this contingent resource assignment, you may:
Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across experience design, such as content design, design programs, design research and strategy, or product design. Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical thinking.

Provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative experience design business solutions. Strategically engage with client personnel.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

* Design and deliver end-to-end customer experience solutions for digital products and applications

* Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, site maps, and high-fidelity designs using Figma

* Apply human-centered design and design thinking methodologies to solve complex problems

* Develop customer journeys, task flows, and service design artifacts

* Lead and contribute to design strategy for complex, high-impact projects

* Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and business stakeholders

* Conduct research and testing to validate design solutions and improve user experience

* Translate business requirements into intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences

* Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and leadership

* Ensure alignment with best practices, design standards, and enterprise guidelines

* Iterate on designs based on feedback, usability testing, and evolving requirements

* Manage project timelines, deliverables, and quality assurance for design outputs

* Influence design decisions and help drive consensus across teams
