Location: Irving, TX (Las Colinas) or Charlotte, NC (Brevard)
Experience Level: Mid-Senior (5+ years Service Now; 10+ years overall development)
About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Service Now Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions within the Service Now platform, with a strong focus on IT Service Management (ITSM). This role requires hands-on development expertise, strong platform knowledge, and experience working in enterprise environments-preferably within financial services.
Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Service Now applications and modules
• Implement and customize ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, etc.)
• Build workflows, integrations, and automation using Service Now best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Ensure platform performance, scalability, and data integrity
• Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Service Now development experience
• 10+ years of overall software development experience
• 3+ years of experience working with ITSM applications
• Active Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
• Active Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
• Certifications must be verifiable through the Service Now Now Learning platform
• Experience working within financial services environments
• Ability to work onsite in Irving, TX or Charlotte, NC

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale enterprise implementations in financial services
• Knowledge of Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
• Familiarity with Service Now platform architecture and data model best practices
