Senior Program​/Project Manager - Hybrid

10 is currently seeking a Senior Program/Project Manager for a hybrid (3 days/week onsite) position with a Global Financial Institution located in Irving, TX, Charlotte, NC, Minneapolis, MN, or New Jersey. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

This senior role will support the infrastructure book of work, including enterprise-level initiatives and priorities. The ideal candidate is an experienced program management professional with a deep understanding of enterprise technologies and their application in financial services, who can develop, implement, and execute delivery plans while effectively communicating technical progress to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities:

• Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives for highly complex business and technical needs across Project Management
• Support the infrastructure book of work, including enterprise level initiatives and priorities
• Develop, implement, and execute the delivery plans for Infrastructure initiatives and work streams
• Drive execution and workplan management of workstream objectives
• Maintain workstream milestones and dependencies, and manage the critical path
• Connect the dots across work streams and identify opportunities to improve process and remove friction
• Host regular meetings with partners to understand milestones, tasks, risks, and issues
• Document and drive action items or issues/risk mitigation as they arise
• Execute impact analysis for key milestones and develop and monitor Go to Green plans
• Align with PMO and manage all compliance requirements for the workstream

Requirements:

• 10+ years of Program and Project Management experience in large, complex enterprise environments
• Proven ability to operate at the program level, overseeing multiple interdependent work streams
• Strong experience in business transformation, simplification, and modernization
• Experience managing in a complex, matrixed environment and leading through influence
• Expertise with Agile and iterative delivery tools (i.e., Jira and Confluence) for complex, enterprise-wide initiatives
• Deep expertise in strategic problem-solving and translating technical delivery into actionable communication for senior stakeholders
• Solid understanding of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and ability to evaluate product vs. quantity trade-offs
• Comfortable operating in a technology-heavy environment (Cloud transformation, network/infrastructure modernization, cybersecurity)
• Subject matter knowledge in two or more technical areas:
  Change Integration/Delivery, Dev Sec Ops , Infrastructure-As-Code, x86/ARM/GPU, Container/K8, Virtual Machines, Networking, DMZ, Databases, Storage, Messaging Middleware, API Gateways, Batch/ETL, Data Lake House, AI/ML, Mainframe, Public Cloud
• Strong executive communication skills and proven ability to strategically engage with all levels of professionals

Desired skills:

• Experience with Apptio (IT Financial Management / TBM tooling)
• Exposure to enterprise-level digital or cloud transformation programs
• Background working with vendor ecosystems and contingent workforce models

Pay range: $58.75 - $66.75 per hour
