Senior System Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer with deep expertise across the Microsoft ecosystem. This individual will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise infrastructure across both on-premises and cloud environments.

This is a hands‑on technical role with opportunities to contribute to infrastructure strategy, architecture decisions, and long-term technology planning while partnering closely with IT leadership and cross‑functional teams.

• Design, implement, and support enterprise Microsoft infrastructure including Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra  (Azure AD), Azure IaaS/PaaS, Intune, and Microsoft 365
• Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online (Hybrid), SharePoint Online, Teams, and One Drive, along with related security, compliance, and governance tools
• Manage hybrid identity and access solutions including Azure AD Connect, Conditional Access, MFA, privileged access, and identity lifecycle management
• Develop and maintain endpoint management solutions using Intune, SCCM/MECM, Group Policy, and MDM/MAM technologies
• Monitor infrastructure health, system availability, and performance across cloud and on‑prem environments; troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues through root‑cause analysis
• Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity initiatives aligned with enterprise RPO/RTO requirements
• Create and maintain Power Shell scripts for automation, provisioning, reporting, and system administration tasks
• Collaborate with security, networking, and application teams to support enterprise initiatives and infrastructure improvements
• Serve as a Tier 3 escalation point for critical infrastructure and systems issues
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to improving operational processes and technical standards
• Maintain accurate documentation including runbooks, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures

• 6+ years of experience in a Systems Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, or Senior Systems Administrator role within an enterprise environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
• Strong hands‑on experience with:
• Windows Server and Active Directory
• Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, One Drive)
• Microsoft Azure including identity, networking, security, and core cloud services
• Intune and endpoint/mobile device management
• Power Shell scripting and automation
• Core networking concepts including DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and hybrid connectivity
• Experience supporting hybrid cloud and hybrid identity environments
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills
