• Lead complex enterprise-wide programs consisting of multiple interdependent work streams.
• Develop and execute strategic delivery plans aligned with organizational priorities and transformation objectives.
• Drive program governance, milestone management, dependency tracking, and risk mitigation activities.
• Ensure successful delivery of initiatives through effective planning, execution, and stakeholder engagement.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, eliminate inefficiencies, and improve organizational effectiveness.

• Support large-scale technology modernization initiatives, including infrastructure transformation, cloud adoption, application modernization, and operational simplification efforts.
• Partner with technology leaders, architects, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to align strategy and execution.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable updates for executive leadership and non-technical audiences.
• Drive organizational readiness and change management activities associated with transformation programs.

• Evaluate program investments, business value, and long-term operational impacts.
• Support technology planning through cost analysis, budgeting considerations, and strategic decision-making.
• Assist leadership in assessing technology investment priorities and transformation roadmaps.
• Monitor program health through data-driven reporting, metrics, and executive dashboards.

• Build strong partnerships across business, technology, operations, risk, and executive leadership teams.
• Facilitate governance meetings, executive reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
• Provide consultative leadership and influence outcomes across highly matrixed organizations.
• Drive accountability and alignment across multiple teams and delivery partners.

• 10+ years of program and project management experience within large enterprise organizations.
• Proven experience managing enterprise-wide transformation initiatives involving multiple work streams and stakeholder groups.
• Strong background in technology-focused programs, infrastructure initiatives, or digital transformation efforts.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence in complex matrixed environments.
• Exceptional executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience utilizing Agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Experience supporting cloud transformation, infrastructure modernization, cybersecurity initiatives, or enterprise technology programs.
• Knowledge of IT financial management, technology budgeting, or total cost of ownership (TCO) concepts.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture, technology operations, or large-scale technology delivery environments.
• Experience partnering with engineering, architecture, cybersecurity, and infrastructure teams.
• Exposure to technology business management (TBM) or financial management platforms.
