Monitoring Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Support Dynatrace Managed, including deployment, instrumentation, and leveraging the tool as an Application Performance Monitoring capability.
• Utilize monitoring tools such as Splunk, Site Scope, and Catchpoint.
• Work with OS (Windows/Unix) based infrastructure services, processing, monitoring, shell scripts, etc.
• Perform application and network performance and availability monitoring.
• Support N‑Tier Architecture for a multitude of products (Webserver, Middleware, Database, etc.).
• Link business context to technical reality.
• Communicate and influence across multiple levels of internal and external stakeholders.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with at least one monitoring tool:
  Splunk, Site Scope, or Catchpoint.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience with OS (Windows/Unix) based infrastructure services, processing, monitoring, shell scripts, etc.
• Associate degree.

This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days a week on‑site in either Charlotte, NC or Dallas, TX.

Compensation varies depending on factors such as location, role, and skill set. The posted hourly salary ranges are:

• California: $50–$53
• Cleveland: $50–$53
• Colorado: $50–$53
• District of Columbia: $50–$53

• Maryland: $50–$53
• Massachusetts: $50–$53
