Key Responsibilities
- Support Dynatrace Managed, including deployment, instrumentation, and leveraging the tool as an Application Performance Monitoring capability.
- Utilize monitoring tools such as Splunk, Site Scope, and Catchpoint.
- Work with OS (Windows/Unix) based infrastructure services, processing, monitoring, shell scripts, etc.
- Perform application and network performance and availability monitoring.
- Support N‑Tier Architecture for a multitude of products (Webserver, Middleware, Database, etc.).
- Link business context to technical reality.
- Communicate and influence across multiple levels of internal and external stakeholders.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with at least one monitoring tool:
Splunk, Site Scope, or Catchpoint. - Minimum of 4 years of experience with OS (Windows/Unix) based infrastructure services, processing, monitoring, shell scripts, etc.
- Associate degree.
This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days a week on‑site in either Charlotte, NC or Dallas, TX.
Compensation & BenefitsCompensation varies depending on factors such as location, role, and skill set. The posted hourly salary ranges are:
- California: $50–$53
- Cleveland: $50–$53
- Colorado: $50–$53
- District of Columbia: $50–$53
- Illinois: $50–$53
- Maryland: $50–$53
- Massachusetts: $50–$53
- Minnesota: $50–$53
- New York: $50–$53
- New Jersey: $50–$53
- Washington: $50–$53
