Title: Infrastructure Architect

Location: Irving, TX (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

• Lead the design and implementation of high‑performance, scalable, and resilient infrastructure solutions including networking, storage, compute, and cloud technologies.
• Create detailed architectural designs that align with application requirements, ensuring safety and soundness in every layer of the infrastructure.
• Provide strategic direction on cloud adoption, migration strategies, and optimizing resources for cost, performance, and security.
• Collaborate with the security team to ensure infrastructure meets security requirements including access control, encryption, and network segmentation.
• Evaluate and optimize infrastructure performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost‑effective solutions.
• Ensure high availability and disaster recovery solutions are in place to minimize downtime and maintain business continuity.
• Work closely with development, operations, and security teams to align infrastructure with business goals and application requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure design, architecture, and operation.
• Extensive knowledge of networking, storage, virtualization, cloud technologies, databases, compute, and security.
• Hands-on architecture design, configuration, and fault tolerance experience across a broad spectrum of technology products and platforms.
• Experience with Database, Caching (e.g., Oracle, SQL, Mongo
  
  DB), HSM, TDE encryption at rest, compute, storage, Windows, Linux, VMware, NAS, SDS, and Object Storage.
• Gateway Integration, API management (APIs), Data Power, NGINX, Net Scaler;
  Analytics and Big Data (e.g., Cognos, Hadoop, Spark, Teradata);
  Container Platforms (Open Shift, PCF, Kubernetes, Docker).
