Job Summary:
In this contingent resource assignment, you may:
Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Project Management and contribute to large‑scale planning related to Project Management deliverables. Review and analyze moderately complex Project Management challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others while leveraging solid understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with client personnel in Project Management.
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities:
Program & Project Delivery:
- Lead end‑to‑end transition of Talent Acquisition (TA) processes to Technology Business Services (TBS)
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple work streams
- Support phased global rollout strategy (India & Philippines ? EMEA, APAC, Canada)
Stakeholder Coordination:
- Partner with Technology, Recruiting, and operations teams to ensure smooth handoffs
- Serve as liaison between business and technical stakeholders
- Facilitate meetings and ensure alignment across teams
Implementation & Systems:
- Support Workday implementation and enhancements related to TA processes
- Leverage Service Now for workflow tracking and process support
- Ensure system integration and process alignment during transitions
Planning & Execution:
- Develop project plans, milestones, and rollout schedules
- Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies and drive resolution
- Ensure delivery aligns with timelines and business objectives
Governance & Communication:
- Provide status updates and reporting to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with enterprise project governance standards
- Maintain documentation for processes, transitions, and outcomes
