Position: Manager, Change Enablement

Manager, Change Enablement – Irving, TX

Avanade Inc. seeks a Manager, Change Enablement to execute complex or strategic tasks and provide tactical project coordination to deliver and review the design and implementation of organizational change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess business readiness, minimize risk, and manage stakeholder alignment and communications.
  • Build employee capabilities and facilitate organizational change aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Provide advanced execution and tactical project coordination in one or more specialty areas.
  • Apply formal change architectures, models, and frameworks.
  • Measure short and long‑term business outcomes related to organizational change.
  • Drive successful adoption of the change within the organization.
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to implement data‑driven change models.
  • Identify and align relevant stakeholders.
  • Distribute timely and relevant information through a comprehensive communications strategy.
  • Perform organizational design to maximize effectiveness and mitigate risks.
  • Develop and execute strategic training plans to prepare individuals for success during and after the change.
  • Assess organizational readiness and current state vs. future state gaps.
  • Coordinate and provide oversight of activities and deliverables of more junior resources.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Innovation Design Engineering, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in change project management within a technology‑focused environment.
  • 2 years developing and executing customized change management plans (ADKAR/Prosci).
  • 2 years collaborating with stakeholders at all levels to implement solutions such as Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure Cloud Migrations, and Microsoft Teams.
  • 3 years managing projects from inception to completion using Jira, Asana, and MS Project.
  • 3 years coaching clients in communication with leadership and crafting executive roadmaps.
  • 2 years leading diverse teams and contributing to implementation of technological solutions across industries.
  • 3 years facilitating client workshops and presenting to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Compensation: $89,024 – $128,000 per year (TX). Travel up to 80% of the time, must live within commuting distance of Irving, TX.

ERP Practice Lead – Region

Oversees ERP practices with the region, ensuring alignment across practices to deliver high‑quality technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prioritize initiatives, drive cross‑practice collaboration, achieve KPIs, and drive technical excellence.
  • Drive ERP transformation programs and platform modernization.
  • Optimize resource deployment and headcount planning.
  • Foster a consistent client experience and seamless integration of ERP and practice priorities.

Candidates must have experience in ERP strategy and delivery (leadership role preferred).

Identity & Microsoft Entra  – Italy (m/f/d)

Pro‑actively collaborate on digital identity governance and security posture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide consultancy on identity governance, lifecycle management, and security posture.
  • Work with cross‑functional teams to secure infrastructures.
Modern Workplace SharePoint Information Architect & Records Management Specialist – Manager

Lead engagements across Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Purview, focusing on information governance and records management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver enterprise‑grade information architecture frameworks.
  • Define taxonomy, metadata, and classification models.
  • Establish information governance models.
  • Design and implement Microsoft Purview Records Management solutions (retention labels, records declaration, regulatory compliance).
  • Lead migration strategies from legacy systems into SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.
  • Implement migration tooling such as AvePoint.
  • Conduct discovery, assessment, and remediation planning.
