The Technology Lead Business Analyst is a senior-level position responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to continuous iterative exploration and investigation of business performance and other measures to gain insight and drive business planning.

** Enterprise Risk Technology plays a pivotal role in strengthening Citi's comprehensive, end-to-end risk management capabilities, encompassing Limits and Thresholds management, risk identification, and risk appetite. Our team is at the forefront of technological innovation, ensuring that Citi maintains a robust and competitive advantage in a dynamic market and regulatory environment. By collaborating closely with business partners, external vendors, and internal technology teams, we are responsible for designing, building, and maintaining cutting-edge platforms that support critical enterprise-wide risk functions.

This involves leading complex projects from concept to completion, including incorporating new functionalities into existing ecosystems, meticulously analyzing evolving risk requirements, documenting sophisticated solutions, managing implementation life cycles, and rigorously testing systems to ensure they are fit for purpose. You will regularly engage with a diverse range of high-profile stakeholders across Citi to deliver impactful technology solutions for enterprise risk
