Change Management
Role Purpose
This role focuses on leading high‑impact, cross‑functional technology initiatives. The MVP will manage the “Cross Functional Technology and Operations” pillar, bridging platform stability, strategic planning, and value realization from technology and AI investments, and ensuring they align with evolving needs of Sales and Service Delivery teams.
Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Develop and own the end‑to‑end strategy for cross‑functional Sales and Service technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals.
- Terraplan (Anaplan): Provide strategic oversight for the Terraplan initiative, optimizing territory management systems for global sales and service efficiency.
- Platform Operations: Oversee core platform operations to ensure high availability, performance, scalability, and minimize friction for associates.
- ROI & Value Capture: Build and lead a program focused on quantifying and increasing ROI of technology and AI investments, ensuring clear outcomes for Sales and Service orgs.
- Cross‑Functional
Collaboration:
Partner with Sales, Service, Engineering, Data Science, and Finance to drive integrated solutions and prioritize product backlog based on business impact. - Agile Transformation: Lead teams to build and launch products/features using Agile methodology, focusing on continuous improvement, A/B testing, and rapid deployment.
- Strategic Vision: Translate complex business needs into technology roadmaps that yield measurable improvements in efficiency and profitability.
- Value Realization: Build frameworks that track, measure, and optimize ROI of large‑scale technology and AI deployments.
- Complex Problem Solving: Identify systemic operational bottlenecks and deploy innovative, technology‑driven fixes.
- Influencing & Leading: Lead a diverse team of directors and subject matter experts, influencing executive stakeholders across the organization.
- Agile Delivery: Champion lean product principles to deliver high‑performance initiatives with speed and agility.
- Experience: 10+ years progressive leadership in IT, with at least 5+ years managing technology solutions for B2B Sales or Service organizations.
- CRM
Experience:
Proven track record implementing and optimizing major CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Anaplan, Netsuite, AI) within a large global enterprise. - Program Management: Ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives, manage complex budgets, and deliver on multi‑year strategic roadmaps.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of modern technology stacks, disruptive technologies (AI, automation), and their application to driving enterprise value.
- Consulting
Experience:
Experience working in ambiguous situations and driving impact via influence. - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
