Manage and develop a high-performing team of engineers. Foster a culture of engineering excellence where automation is the default and technical debt is proactively managed.

Significant background in Identity & Access Management or Infrastructure Engineering, with dedicated experience in leadership or management capacity. - Modern Engineering Mindset: A strong advocate for SRE principles, with a proven ability to move teams away from manual ticketing toward automated, scalable systems.
