Job Summary:
In this contingent resource assignment, you may:
Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Product Management. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Product Management challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangible or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex situations requiring solid understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Ownership
- Own AI end-user tooling products from discovery through delivery and iteration
- Define product vision, roadmap, and prioritization aligned to business outcomes
- Balance trade-offs across user needs, technical feasibility, and business priorities
AI Product Development
- Design AI-powered user experiences (chat, copilots, agents, workflows)
- Develop prompt strategies and evaluation frameworks for LLM-based products
- Collaborate with engineering teams to build scalable AI solutions
User Experience & Design
- Partner closely with design teams to create intuitive, high-quality experiences
- Ensure strong usability, accessibility, and user adoption
- Maintain a high bar for product quality and polish
Analytics & Experimentation
- Use SQL and analytics tools to explore product data and user behavior
- Define KPIs, success metrics, and guardrails
- Design and analyze A/B tests and pilot programs
Stakeholder & Executive Communication
- Create PRDs, strategy documents, and executive-level presentations
- Communicate product direction and progress to leadership and stakeholders
- Influence decision-making across cross-functional teams
Leadership & Collaboration
- Drive alignment across engineering, design, and business teams
- Operate with strong ownership mindset and bias toward action
- Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Responsible AI & Governance
- Ensure AI products adhere to responsible AI principles (bias, privacy, compliance)
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with AI use cases
- Partner with governance and compliance teams as needed
