Product Analyst - Hybrid

10 is currently seeking a Product Analyst - Hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Irving, TX. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

This role is for a Product Analyst within a Service Now Core Platform AI Innovation team. The position is accountable for the traceability and lifecycle management of AI use cases, aligning all AI solutions to required risk models. This role serves as a critical connector between product, engineering, and governance functions, ensuring that AI use cases are delivered efficiently and are aligned to enterprise standards from inception through deployment.

Responsibilities:

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Technology Business Systems
• Review and analyze complex, multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Technology Business Systems challenges
• Ensure traceability and lifecycle management of AI use cases
• Align all AI solutions to required risk models for the Service Now platform
• Coordinate inputs across tenants and development teams around AI initiatives
• Ensure production readiness standards are met for AI deployments
• Support sprint execution, backlog readiness, testing and validation coordination
• Manage cross-team dependency across engineering, architecture, and governance stakeholders

Requirements:

• 5 years of Business Systems Data or Business Systems Design experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education
• AI acumen and knowledge using AI-assisted tools like M365 Copilot, etc.
• Ability to ask the right questions for helping to gather requirements
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with all levels, including directors and VPs
• Understanding of AI and language prompts

Desired skills:

• General knowledge of the Service Now platform
• Understanding of Service Now capabilities

Pay range: $51.72 - $59.72 per hour
