Service Now Product Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated Product Analyst to join our Service Now Core Platform AI Innovation Team
. This role sits at the intersection of AI governance, product delivery, and platform innovation, helping drive the successful implementation of AI-powered capabilities across the Service Now ecosystem.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, an understanding of AI-assisted technologies such as Microsoft 365 Copilot and Generative AI tools, and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders ranging from engineers to executive leadership. This individual will serve as a key liaison between product, engineering, architecture, risk, and governance teams to ensure AI use cases are properly defined, governed, prioritized, and delivered according to enterprise standards.
Key Responsibilities- Support the intake, evaluation, and lifecycle management of AI use cases across the Service Now platform.
- Ensure AI initiatives align with enterprise governance, risk, compliance, and production readiness standards.
- Gather, document, and refine business requirements by asking insightful questions and engaging stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Facilitate traceability and governance processes for AI-related initiatives from ideation through deployment.
- Coordinate activities across multiple Service Now tenants, development teams, and business stakeholders.
- Support Agile delivery processes including backlog refinement, sprint planning, user story readiness, testing coordination, and release preparation.
- Partner with engineering, architecture, product management, and governance teams to identify dependencies and mitigate delivery risks.
- Assist in validating AI solutions against defined business requirements and enterprise standards.
- Track initiative progress, action items, risks, and dependencies while providing regular updates to leadership.
- Contribute to the development and adoption of AI governance frameworks, processes, and best practices.
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, Product Owner, or related role.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts, AI-assisted productivity tools, and prompt engineering fundamentals.
- Experience using AI tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar AI-enabled platforms.
- Ability to effectively gather requirements and translate business needs into actionable user stories and delivery plans.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to interact confidently with Directors, Vice Presidents, Product Leaders, and Technical Teams.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
