Director, Business Intelligence
Lead enterprise reporting and KPI governance across a multi‑brand organization.
Responsibilities- Lead the development and maintenance of enterprise dashboards, scorecards, and reporting solutions, preferably using Amazon Quick Sight.
- Define, standardize, and govern KPIs, metrics, and OKRs across multiple brands and business functions.
- Establish and maintain a trusted single source of truth for reporting and analytics.
- Partner with business and technology teams to translate requirements into scalable BI solutions.
- Drive data quality, governance, and reporting best practices across the organization.
- Collaborate with Analytics Engineering teams to ensure reliable and scalable data pipelines.
- 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Management.
- 2+ years of experience leading BI teams or enterprise analytics initiatives.
- Proven experience building dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting solutions.
- Strong hands‑on experience with AWS data and analytics services, including Amazon S3, AWS Glue, and Amazon Athena, as well as Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.
- Experience with Amazon Quick Sight.
- Experience defining and governing enterprise KPIs, OKRs, and executive scorecards.
- Experience in franchise, retail, consumer services, or other multi‑location organizations.
- Experience implementing data governance and metric standardization practices.
- Knowledge of AI‑powered analytics and modern BI technologies.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and competing priorities.
- Proactive, results‑oriented, and capable of balancing strategic and tactical responsibilities.
Bachelor of Science in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Administration or similar.
Schedule / In‑Office Requirements- Hybrid working model;
Monday‑Wednesday in office, Thursday/Friday from home. - Office locations: 500 E John Carpenter Fwy, Irving, TX ; 1010 N University Parks Drive, Waco, TX.
