Candidate needs to be strong in Python. Please look for a candidate who can do hands-on coding with Python. Candidate needs to write the Python code. 1st round will be a code challenge on Python and a little bit on Langchain

• Proven experience developing and deploying LLM-based applications.
• Solid understanding of Transformer/Neural Network architectures and their application in Gen AI.
• Hands-on experience with Vector/Graph Databases and their use in semantic search.
• Experience integrating speech-to-text tools into AI systems.
• Familiarity with OpenAI API, Open Source LLMs, and Gen AI frameworks like Langchain and Haystack.
• Experience creating embeddings using MPNET and Ada models.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python (essential) and potentially others (e.g., Java, C++).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
• A passion for innovation and a desire to push the boundaries of what's possible with Gen AI.

• Extensive experience leading and managing Gen AI projects from conception to deployment.
• Proven track record of success in designing, developing, and implementing innovative AI solutions with real-world impact.
• Deep understanding of LLMs (OpenAI API, Open Source LLMs), Transformer/Neural Network architectures, Vector/Graph Databases, and their application in Gen AI.
• Experience integrating speech-to-text tools and building user interfaces for chatbots and IVR systems.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, and guide a team of talented Gen AI developers.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact with stakeholders across various departments.
