Project Manager
A position is available for a Project Manager to support a growing pipeline of initiatives within the Generics, Pricing, and Finance portfolio. This role is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of projects that enable pricing capabilities, deal execution support, financial transparency, operational efficiency, and emerging AI-driven pricing and analytics initiatives. The Project Manager will partner across technology, business, pricing, and finance teams to ensure disciplined execution.
Key Responsibilities- Lead multiple concurrent projects from initiation through closure.
- Operate within established project management lifecycle and governance gates.
- Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models based on project needs.
- Maintain project charters, schedules, RAID logs, and value realization plans.
- Own financial forecasting and tracking (OpEx, Cap Ex, labor) in Planview.
- Support pricing-related initiatives and deal execution workflows.
- Partner with Finance and service line leadership on cost transparency and funding.
- Identify and mitigate financial, operational, and delivery risks.
- Support pricing platform modernization and optimization efforts.
- Contribute to deal pricing, analytics, and automation initiatives.
- Partner with product, data, and AI engineering teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact across Technology, Pricing, Finance, and Operations.
- Drive executive-level status reporting and decision support.
Experience:
5+ years of project management experience in enterprise or technology environments. Proven delivery across cross-functional, high-visibility programs is required. Candidates should have experience with both Agile and Waterfall delivery models and possess financial management and risk management capabilities.
Technical
Skills:
Hands-on experience with Planview for forecasting, funding, RAID, and schedules is required.
- Experience in pricing, deal management, or finance domains.
- Experience in supply chain or pharmaceutical distribution environments.
- Exposure to AI, analytics, or automation initiatives.
- Certifications such as PMP, SAFe, or CSM.
- Experience in large, regulated enterprise environments.
