About the Role

• Architect, design, develop, and deliver enterprise‑grade analytics solutions based on Azure and Databricks technologies.
• Constantly develop technical skills in the latest Azure and Databricks technologies, achieving and maintaining relevant certifications.
• Work directly with high‑profile clients across a variety of sectors to understand their requirements and present solutions to customer sponsors.

• 4–8 years of demonstrable end‑to‑end experience in Data Engineering, including large‑scale projects.
• Experience with the latest Azure technologies, such as Fabric, Databricks, Synapse, Data Factory, Azure Data Lake Storage (Gen
  •
  2), Cosmos DB.
• Understanding of software engineering tools and concepts, including experience in Python, Scala, or PySpark.
• Minimum of 3 years experience with SQL.
• Confident communicator who can explain technical terms to non‑technical audiences and mentor junior colleagues.
• Experience leading small development teams: tracking work, managing assignments, and managing capacity.

Compensation at Avanade varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Avanade provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
