Project Manager (Voice)

Location:

Las Colinas, TX

Shift: 3 days onsite and 2 days remote

Duration: 36 month / W2 contract

Interview Process: 2 Step Interview with manager and lead

• Team is heavy involved in working with Telepresence, and is managing space for executives.
• Team does a lot of Change Management, likes candidates with a PM background in network technology side/engineering.
• Manager is looking for experienced resources that have experience/knowledge of AV and supporting conference rooms, and don't need a lot of direction.
• Basic understanding of Cisco voice and/or Telepresence technologies
• Experience with Microsoft Productivity Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook)
• Experience with Agile tools (Jira)

Project management & coordination responsibilities relating to technology implementations, upgrades, conversion, and recovery using the Enterprise Change tools and guidelines.

• Manages/Coordinates resources within and across various lines of business and has matrix management responsibility.
• Balances soft skills, technical requirements, scheduling, milestone delivery of the technical solution.
• Defines and evaluates problems and plans effective solutions.
• Must be able to identify possible issues before they become an issue and successfully mitigate to keep the project (and personnel) on schedule.
• Must be able to succinctly present progress as well as issues and be able to provide possible solutions as well as take constructive criticism and not let it affect you.
• Understand stakeholder's expectations and objectives.
• Set and continually manage project expectations with management, team members and stakeholders.
• Must be able to identify changing priorities within the project and move resources to continue the most effective use of the resources as many times you are competing for their time with other concurrent projects.
• Required to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative manner.
• Maintain system of records related to inventory detail updates.

Required Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Cisco voice technologies.
• Adaptive learning capability to utilize new systems and/or processes.
• Audio Visual / Telepresence Technology experience
• Microsoft Productivity Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Outlook)

• BMC Remedy Tools (Change Management)
• Network Knowledge (IP Management/DHCP Address)
• Micro Strategy Reporting

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr.
