** As a Director, Business Intelligence on the Data & Strategic Ops team, a typical day for you will include:
* Lead the development and maintenance of enterprise dashboards, scorecards, and reporting solutions, preferably using Amazon Quick Sight.
* Define, standardize, and govern KPIs, metrics, and OKRs across multiple brands and business functions.
* Establish and maintain a trusted single source of truth for reporting and analytics.
* Partner with business and technology teams to translate requirements into scalable BI solutions. Drive data quality, governance, and reporting best practices across the organization.
* Collaborate with Analytics Engineering teams to ensure reliable and scalable data pipelines.

**
* Experience:

*** 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Management.
* 2+ years of experience leading BI teams or enterprise analytics initiatives.
* Proven experience building dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting solutions.
* Strong hands-on experience with AWS data and analytics services, including Amazon S3, AWS Glue, and Amazon Athena, as well as Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform
* Experience with Amazon Quick Sight
* Experience defining and governing enterprise KPIs, OKRs, and executive scorecards.
* Experience in franchise, retail, consumer services, or other multi-location organizations.
* Experience implementing data governance and metric standardization practices.

*** Knowledge of AI-powered analytics and modern BI technologies.
* Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
* Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and competing priorities.
* Proactive, results-oriented, and capable of balancing strategic and tactical responsibilities.

* Education:

*** Bachelor of Science in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Administration or similar
** Schedule / in-office requirements:
*** Hybrid working model;
Monday-Wednesday in office, Thursday/Friday from home.
