Inserso is seeking Network Support Technicians to provide onsite and remote Tier 2 support to its DHS customers. Responsibilities include installing and maintaining LAN equipment, troubleshooting IT issues and ensuring system health. Candidates must have a U.S. Citizenship and 1+ years of IT support experience ideally from a customer support role.
The ideal candidate should possess skills in technology deployment, excellent communication skills and ideally hold IT certifications like ITIL v4 or Network+.
