About the Role
The Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) Onsite Support Lead will provide functional and operational leadership for the day‑to‑day support of Epicor P21 within a distribution center environment. This role serves as the primary onsite point of contact, ensuring system stability, issue resolution, and seamless warehouse operations.
Responsibilities- Serve as the primary onsite support lead for Epicor Prophet 21 (P21), owning functional support and operational coordination across warehouse and inventory modules.
- Support core distribution center processes, including receiving, put‑away, picking, shipping, replenishment, cycle counts, and inventory control.
- Lead incident, problem, and service request management, including initial triage, functional analysis, and business impact assessment.
- Coordinate closely with offshore L2/L3 support teams, third‑party vendors, and Epicor support for complex issues and escalations.
- Monitor application health, batch jobs, interfaces, and daily warehouse transactions to proactively identify and address issues.

What You Need to Have- Strong functional experience supporting Epicor Prophet 21
. - Solid understanding of Warehouse Management and Inventory Management processes within a distribution environment.
- Proven experience handling production issues in business‑critical distribution center operations.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and onsite coordination skills.
- Experience with EDI transactions (e.g., 850, 856) and related issue resolution.
- Knowledge of ECM / Doc Star for document and content management.
- Exposure to Epicor Data Analytics or reporting tools.
- Experience working in hybrid onsite/offshore AMS support models

Salary and Other Compensation- Final date to receive applications: 07/02/2026
- Salary Range: $120,000 – $130,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications
