Job Title: JFrog Platform Administrator – CI/CD & Dev Ops
Location: Dallas, TX - Hybrid - 2 or 3 days a week but willing to come in everyday if required
Duration: 12 months+
About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled JFrog Platform Administrator to join our Code Management team. In this role, you will drive CI/CD optimization, support infrastructure modernization, and enhance our automation ecosystem. You’ll play a key role in transitioning legacy toolsets to scalable, secure, and high-performing pipelines using modern Dev Ops practices.
What You’ll Do- Administer and optimize JFrog Artifactory and Xray environments
- Design and improve CI/CD pipelines using Git Lab, Terraform, and Ansible
- Support containerized workloads across Kubernetes/Open Shift platforms
- Implement security policies, governance, and code quality guardrails
- Automate operational tasks and incident remediation processes
- Partner with engineering teams to onboard and enable Git Lab best practices
- Create and maintain runbooks, documentation, and reusable pipeline templates
- Troubleshoot CI/CD and migration issues with a focus on reliability and performance
- Participate in on-call support rotation as needed
- Must have 5+ years of experience administering JFrog Artifactory and Xray
- Must have strong knowledge of JFrog security tools (Advanced Security, Curation, Runtime, Distribution, App Trust)
- Must have hands‑on experience with Git Lab, Terraform, and Ansible
- Must have experience with Kubernetes or Open Shift container platforms
- Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or IBM Cloud
- Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies and branching strategies (Gitflow, Git Lab Flow)
- Experience automating workflows and operational processes
- Strong communication skills and cross‑functional collaboration experience
- JFrog certifications (Artifactory or Security)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Recent experience managing JFrog environments at scale
- Background in build, configuration, or release management
- Experience with Agile, CI/CD, and modern SCM practices
- Scripting or programming experience
