Business Administrator

I'm currently partnering with an industry-leading company that is experiencing significant growth and investing heavily in its technology organization. As the business continues to scale, we're looking to add a Business Central Administrator who will play a key role in supporting, optimizing, and enhancing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and related business applications.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys partnering with finance, operations, and business leaders to improve processes, solve complex system challenges, and help drive technology initiatives that support long-term business growth.

• Administering and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Managing user access, permissions, configurations, and system troubleshooting
• Gathering business requirements and translating them into practical ERP solutions
• Supporting integrations, reporting initiatives, testing, and system enhancements
• Improving data quality, documentation, and business processes
• Collaborating with product owners, developers, and business leaders on continuous improvement efforts

• 3+ years supporting Business Central, ERP administration, business systems analysis, or application support roles
• Experience with finance, purchasing, inventory, service, or operational business processes
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with tools such as Jira, SharePoint, Azure Dev Ops, Microsoft Loop, or similar collaboration platforms
