Chef De Section - Data Analyst

Job Title

Chief of the "Professional Path and Living Conditions" section, you will be responsible for a team of 2 study managers (data scientists or data analysts), in charge of carrying out national or localized statistics and studies on the professional path and living conditions of Minarm staff. You will provide methodological support to the section's agents by mobilizing advanced statistical techniques: econometrics, data analysis, measurement of public policy effects.

You will conduct your own studies on complex databases: management and remuneration data, administrative data files, or public statistics survey data, using statistical software R or Python. These works will allow to respond to internal requests of the ministry and to produce publications in the Ecodef collection. In liaison with the bureau chief, you will maintain links with internal Minarm sponsors as well as with partners of the public statistics system (INSEE, statistical services of other ministries, etc.).

Holder of a Master's degree or equivalent in the field of data analysis (statistics, data science...). You have at least 5 years of experience as a data analyst or data scientist. You are proficient in analysis tools (R is indispensable, Python is appreciated). Your pedagogy, your relational skills, and your sense of teamwork are essential for the performance of these missions.

Successful professional experience at Minarm would be highly appreciated.
