Job Description & How to Apply Below

When you’re the best, we’re the best. We instill an environment where employees feel engaged, satisfied and able to contribute their unique skills and talents while living and working as their authentic selves. We provide extensive opportunities for personal and professional development, building both employee competence and organizational capability to fuel exceptional performance through an inclusive environment both now and in the future.

Summary

In this role, you will lead the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) strategy for cybersecurity, ensuring every employee interaction with security policies, tools, Disaster Recovery (DR) communications, and access processes is clear, engaging, and empowering. You will lead the communication and employee experience side of cybersecurity, focusing on adoption, clarity, and behavior change rather than hands‑on security engineering or SOC activities. You will translate complex technical and risk requirements into accessible, action‑oriented experiences that drive adoption, behavior change, and digital trust across the enterprise.

You will own the Cybersecurity Intranet page, lead enterprise‑wide awareness campaigns, and shape security communication strategies that build a culture of resilience and confidence for employees and clients.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a security‑aligned DEX roadmap integrating policy rollouts, DR communications, intranet enhancements, and behavior change initiatives.
  • Align security experience milestones with enterprise cybersecurity, compliance, and digital transformation strategies.
  • Brief executives on cybersecurity incidents and risks.
  • Develop internal and external communications during security incidents or elevated threat levels.
  • Map and optimize end‑to‑end employee journeys across security policies, tools, incident preparedness, and intranet engagement.
  • Lead change‑management efforts for security‑related initiatives, including policy updates, new secure ways of working, and tool onboarding.
  • Own and manage the Cybersecurity Intranet page, ensuring content is accessible, current, and aligned with enterprise branding and risk priorities.
  • Design and execute enterprise‑wide security awareness campaigns, including Cybersecurity Awareness Month, World Password Day, and targeted risk‑based initiatives.
  • Develop and deploy communication strategies and templates for policy updates, access reviews, phishing alerts, and DR activation.
  • Establish and lead the DR communication framework for employees and clients, including pre‑incident education, live response messaging, and post‑recovery follow‑up.
  • Leverage usage analytics, sentiment data, and training metrics to measure adoption and continuously optimize security touchpoints.
  • Partner with Service Desk, Knowledge Management, IT, HR, Legal, Communications, and Learning teams to ensure consistent, user‑centred security enablement.
  • Support governance and compliance alignment through content audits, policy acknowledgment tracking, and risk‑informed communication planning.
Qualifications
  • Relevant degree preferred.
  • 7 or more years of relevant experience required.
  • Demonstrated experience leading employee experience (DEX), internal communications, or change‑management initiatives required.
  • Experience leading enterprise communications, internal communications, or change‑management initiatives in complex organisations.
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, and actionable communication required.
  • Experience translating technical or risk‑based topics into executive‑level and employee‑facing messaging.
  • Experience developing, managing, and governing intranet or digital content platforms required.
  • Experience designing awareness campaigns and measuring engagement or behaviour‑change outcomes preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and cross‑functional collaboration skills required.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO, or SOC 2 preferred.
  • Experience supporting cybersecurity, enterprise risk, or compliance initiatives preferred.
  • Willingness to travel.
