As a Software Configuration Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the product delivery and integrity during the overall product lifecycle.

• Coordinate with client Integration and Data Architects, the Accenture ICM Comp Team, and the offshore DI team.

This is a hybrid role in Atlanta, GA and will require three days per week in the office. May also consider qualified candidates in Tampa, FL or Dallas, TX.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience with Oracle Sales Cloud Incentive Compensation.
• ​Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) of work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years of work experience)

• Advanced proficiency in Informatica Power Center.
• Strong understanding of data accessibility, usability, and performance optimization.
• Oracle Cloud Certification.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skills, and level of experience. Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
