Position OverviewWe are seeking an organized, execution-focused IT Project Manager to oversee 4 active, large-scale enterprise initiatives across Infrastructure, Operations, and Cybersecurity (including a critical Crowd Strike rollout). Working directly with the Director of Operations and external business partners—independent of our traditional Applications PMO—you will take direct technical direction and translate it into clear, actionable project roadmaps.
The ideal candidate thrives in large corporate environments and knows how to drive enterprise-level accountability. You should excel at transforming messy documentation into highly structured Kanban project lists, building executive-level presentations, and proactively leading project teams on the technical execution plan.
Key Responsibilities- Project Governance & Planning: Define project scopes, organize scattered documentation, and build comprehensive timelines and roadmaps for 4 major enterprise infrastructure and security initiatives.
- Kanban Mastery: Build out, maintain, and optimize project tracking and task lists using Kanban workflows (utilizing Freshworks).
- Executive Visibility: Design and deliver high-impact presentations for executive leadership detailing project health, milestones, and burndown metrics.
- Technical Execution & Direction: Take explicit technical directives from the Director of Operations, formulate them into concrete operational plans, and clearly communicate the plan/technical expectations to the project team.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Coordinate closely with third-party vendors and external business partners to ensure seamless deployment and accountability.
- Drive Accountability: Act as the central engine for the projects, running updates, managing risks, and ensuring tasks are executed without relying on leadership to manage the day-to-day details.
- Experience: 3+ years of dedicated IT project management experience within a large enterprise environment. Experience navigating complex requirements and business processes.
- Technical Domain Knowledge: Proven experience managing infrastructure, operations, or cybersecurity rollouts (specific exposure to vendor deployments like Crowd Strike is highly preferred).
- Tools & Methodologies: Proficient with Kanban frameworks and project management tracking systems. Strong Excel skills for managing data, timelines, and tracking.
- Vendor Management: Strong background in managing external tech vendors and holding third-party contractors accountable to strict deadlines.
- Soft Skills & Dynamic: High focus and discipline to stay locked on the priority task sesses natural technical curiosity but takes direction exceptionally well without needing to guess or "read between the lines."
