The Manager, Analytics & AI is a hybrid role that blends team leadership with direct, hands‑on delivery of advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, and strategic business priorities. This role leads the development and deployment of enterprise AI and data solutions, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI (GenAI), and scalable analytics platforms, while driving measurable business outcomes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities - AI Strategy & Implementation
  • Lead the design, deployment, and scaling of AI/ML solutions, including LLMs, GenAI, and agent‑based systems in production environments
  • Build and operationalize scalable AI and analytics frameworks, including governance, monitoring, and MLOps practices
  • Support adoption of AI‑assisted engineering workflows and intelligent automation within data and analytics environments
  • Ensure AI outputs align with enterprise standards, governance policies, and operational reliability expectations
  • Evaluate, benchmark, and optimize models across both open‑source and commercial AI ecosystems
Key Responsibilities
- Data & Analytics Leadership
  • Lead, coach, and develop data engineering and analytics teams through mentorship, collaboration, and technical guidance
  • Establish clear team priorities, delivery expectations, and accountability standards aligned with organizational goals
  • Oversee development of scalable data pipelines, semantic models, dashboards, and reporting automation
  • Drive adoption of modern analytics tools and self‑service capabilities across the organization
Key Responsibilities
- Business Transformation & Strategic Partnership
  • Act as a strategic advisor to business stakeholders, aligning AI and analytics initiatives with key financial and operational KPIs
  • Define and standardize methods for scoping, prioritizing, and tracking AI/analytics use cases, ensuring clear ROI measurement
  • Partner with Technology and Data Engineering to improve data accessibility, quality, and readiness
  • Drive enterprise data democratization through data catalog and data dictionary initiatives
  • Drive organizational change and adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of working
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence & Innovation
  • Leverage automation and intelligent tooling to improve engineering productivity and reporting efficiency
  • Promote best practices in ETL/ELT, data modeling, analytics engineering, and cloud-based data platforms
  • Ensure alignment between analytics solutions and business processes to enable scalable, repeatable outcomes
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, experimentation, and innovation
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, engineering, analytics, information systems, statistics, mathematics or related field (Master's preferred)
  • 3‑6 years of experience in advanced analytics, data science, or AI/ML
  • 1+ years of experience managing technical teams and projects
Technical Skills & Experience
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and REST APIs
  • Experience with ML, LLM, and GenAI frameworks
  • Hands‑on experience with MLOps practices and model lifecycle management
  • Experience with cloud environments such as Databricks, Azure, AWS, or Snowflake
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools
  • Experience with data modeling, ETL/ELT pipelines, and reporting automation
