Job DescriptionValidate and follow up on requests for IT troubleshooting and work via the CND tools. Manage the IT park of CRGI-CEDRE networks. Help users get started with PC workstations, software, and applications, and advise them on organization and configuration. Prepare and supervise IT support for GEOINT cells and missions affecting the Center. Manage the follow-up of digital media. Configure PC workstations: install the operating system, configure user accounts, install software and applications.
Perform routine maintenance of PC workstations: disassembly, reassembly, checking the condition of elements, verifying connections, and checking proper functioning. Participate in the security of information systems: advise on security measures, detect practices that compromise the security of the ICS, and apply ICS security procedures. Participate in the organization of organic activities and representation of CRGI-CEDRE. Ensure the logistics function of the unit's assets: be a logistics correspondent (CORLOG).
Follow up on Expression of Need Forms regarding IT needs. Supervise the infrastructure as a whole. Ensure the link with the local CND for continuity of services. Keep the listing of equipment in stock up to date and contribute to the expressions of need of the employment structure.
