Contract Duration: 12+ Months

Will be supporting lending capabilities within the wholesale operations. Resource will be responsible for leading project teams and managing all activities in the project life cycle associated with Lending Operations projects.

• 5+ years of project or product delivery in banking or financial services.
• Operational, change management implementation experience where you managed multiple work streams simultaneously.
• Ability to facilitate meetings, track timelines and manage issues.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, JIRA, and SharePoint.
• Experience working in Agile environment.
• Ability to quickly re-prioritize work in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities.
• Work with minimal direction and take initiative in identifying opportunities, areas for improvement, decision making and problem solving.
• Work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important.

• LoanIQ and/or Lending knowledge.

• Manage enhancements and determine how they may affect Operations.
• Ensure procedure updates, demos, training, and communications are completed for each enhancement impacting Operations.
• Troubleshooting issues and collaborating with team members to find solutions.
