Responsibilities:- Project governance and oversight
- RAID log management
- Schedule development and maintenance
- Status reporting and executive communications
- Action item tracking and follow-up
- Meeting facilitation and coordination
- Project documentation management
- Escalation management
- Coordination across internal teams, implementation partners, and third-party vendors
- Support implementation readiness, testing, deployment, and stabilization activities
- Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and key decisions
- Minimum 7 years of HCM and payroll implementation project management experience
- Experience managing large-scale payroll transformation projects
- Experience coordinating multiple vendors and work streams
- Strong governance, reporting, and stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience supporting enterprise software implementations involving Workday, payroll, timekeeping, and finance systems
- Ability to communicate effectively with executive sponsors, business leaders, and project teams
