Information Technology Project Manager

Overview

Seeking an experienced IT Operations Project Manager to lead enterprise infrastructure projects from planning through implementation. This role will manage cross‑functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders while driving network, voice, telephony, data center, cloud, and infrastructure modernization initiatives.

• Manage enterprise infrastructure projects from initiation through closeout.
• Take ownership of active projects and ensure seamless execution.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, status reports, and governance documentation.
• Lead project meetings, implementation planning, and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate engineers, architects, vendors, and business teams.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
• Support infrastructure migrations, refreshes, deployments, and modernization efforts.
• Prepare executive‑level project updates and ensure milestones are met.

• 5+ years of IT Infrastructure Project Management experience.
• Proven experience managing enterprise network and infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure, hardware lifecycle management, and infrastructure modernization.
• Experience supporting voice/telephony, data center, cloud, compute, and storage initiatives.
• Ability to lead technical discussions while remaining focused on project delivery.
• Strong experience with RAID logs, project schedules, stakeholder management, and executive reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Microsoft Teams, or similar PM tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Experience managing multiple concurrent infrastructure work streams.
• Experience in large enterprise environments coordinating cross‑functional technical teams and vendors.
• Proven ability to take over in‑flight projects and quickly establish ownership.
