The Senior Analyst within Decision Sciences provides impactful and insightful analysis and business intelligence to Targetbase clients. They have subject‑matter expertise in one area of analytics and a desire to expand their applications and capabilities in marketing analytics.

• Delivers impactful analyses of assigned projects with high quality, on time, and within estimated hours
• Provides business and customer insights based on data analysis and report/trend monitoring
• Develops mastery of Targetbase’s key analytical competencies and tools
• Solves problems by proactively thinking through approaches to the data or analysis based on the objectives of the assignment
• Participates as a collaborative team member, holding themselves and the team accountable for the work
• Puts the client first, anticipating, understanding, and meeting/exceeding client expectations

• Minimum of 3 years (post graduate) of applied analytics experience
• Experience in some or all of the following areas of marketing analysis: segmentation, predictive analytics, digital analytics, measurement, business intelligence, and/or market research
• Bachelor’s Degree is required

• Intermediate-level knowledge of analysis techniques
• Proficient with SQL, Python, R or other data mining tools
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Power Point
• Effective communication skills

• Overtime may be necessary
• Some travel may be required
• Hybrid schedule: 3 days a week in office and 2 days a week remote; candidates must live in the Irving, TX area and be willing to be in the office on required days
• Local candidates only; relocation is not considered for this position
