Key Responsibilities
Site Reliability Engineers are expected to drive technology triage efforts to completion by assisting with restoral steps, identifying root causes, and working with ITIL teams to improve environment stability. This position is for SWAT support of APSRE and will provide level 4 technical support during production and lower lane triage efforts, working with partner teams on solutions to complex problems.
Basic Qualifications- A minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Site Reliability Engineer
- A minimum of 5 years of experience with technology triage efforts including restoral steps, identifying root causes, and working with ITIL teams to improve environment stability
- Associate degree
This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days a week on‑site in Dallas, TX. The role will be posted until 05/31/26.
