Lead and manage the team delivering personalization and decisioning capabilities across Mar Tech channels;
Own the personalization roadmap and drive consolidation of the personalization API/gateway, decisioning, and experimentation under clear Mar Tech ownership;
Define how models, rules, business goals, and channel logic are consumed and activated consistently across channels;
Establish a validated production inventory, model/attribute change management, and consumer-notification processes;
Partner with data science on model consumption and evaluation, and with product on business-facing decisioning and goal setting
