Cash and Trade Processing Senior Analyst

Job responsibilities:

• Ensuring transactions are processed accurately and on time in coordination with the Transaction Services team.
• Overseeing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) script writing and execution.
• Facilitating the operational implementation of new technology and system projects.
• Managing file transmissions and addressing failures and maintenance for robots and processing equipment.
• Collaborating with technology partners to resolve system issues efficiently.
• Ensuring trends are measured with data, and addressed proactively at the root cause.
• Effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability and ownership of responsibilities.
• Develop and implement process improvement strategies.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years experience in Production Support, Application Support, Business Analysis, or Project/program Management (preferred)
• 3-5 years of experience in a related role with experience in trade/cash operations and management
• Knowledge of APS or lockbox operation is required
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, possibly Access)
• Effective verbal and written communication and strong analytical skills
• Resolution-oriented approach required
• Strong documentation skills (technical documents, reports, meeting minutes, notes).
• Availability:
  Flexible with work schedule – able to provide escalation/production support on-call, as needed, including many nights and weekends.
