This is a high-impact position at the intersection of IAM, cybersecurity, technology, and business operations, ensuring IAM services are practical, adopted, and aligned to business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex IAM issues, leading triage, prioritization, and coordination across teams.
  • Drive adoption of enterprise IAM services by partnering with business teams and supporting onboarding, migrations, and access transitions.
  • Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to confirm IAM solutions meet business requirements.
  • Assess business workflows and access requirements to ensure IAM solutions align with real-world use cases.
  • Act as the voice of the business by gathering and translating user feedback into actionable input for product and engineering teams.
  • Partner with IAM product owners to influence feature enhancements and backlog prioritization.
  • Apply IAM security principles, including least privilege and zero trust, to solution design.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of progressive information security experience with a strong focus on identity and access management.
  • Proven experience supporting IAM onboarding, migrations, or transformation initiatives.
  • Experience working in cloud and hybrid environments, including Azure, GCP, and on-premises Active Directory.
  • Demonstrated experience in business engagement, stakeholder management, and driving adoption of enterprise technology solutions.

Technical Skills

  • Hands-on experience applying enterprise IAM capabilities, including authentication, identity governance, privileged access management, MFA, and directory services.
  • Strong understanding of IAM security principles, processes, and best practices, including least privilege and zero trust.

Business & Communication Skills

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and simplify complexity.
  • Proven leadership in engaging business and technical stakeholders to drive adoption and resolve complex access challenges.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in large financial services or other regulated environments.
  • Familiarity with Agile tools and product-driven environments (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
