Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Our client, a leading retail organization, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team! This is a 12-month contract opportunity located onsite in Irving, TX (5 days per week). In this role, you will lead complex digital and technology initiatives supporting web experiences, customer engagement, and cross-functional platform delivery. You'll collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, Architecture, QA, and business stakeholders to drive projects from planning through successful implementation while ensuring alignment across multiple concurrent initiatives.

This position is W-2 only. We do not work with third-party firms or C2C arrangements for this role.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex digital and web-based technology initiatives from planning through implementation
• Build and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, and cross-functional dependencies across multiple teams
• Coordinate delivery efforts between Product, Engineering, Data, Architecture, QA, and external partners
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, standups, reviews, and release planning
• Proactively manage project risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, and resource planning while providing mitigation strategies
• Prepare executive-level project updates, roadmap reporting, and governance documentation for leadership
• Develop and improve project management processes, delivery standards, and intake workflows to increase execution efficiency

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• PMP Certification (Project Management Professional) required
• 7+ years of Project or Program Management experience delivering enterprise software or digital technology initiatives
• Experience leading large, cross-functional projects involving Product, Engineering, and Data teams
• Strong Agile/Scrum experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project
• Proven experience managing project timelines, dependencies, risks, budgets, and executive stakeholders
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills

• Experience supporting digital marketing, customer engagement, CRM, web, or personalization initiatives
• Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar marketing technology platforms
• Familiarity with platforms such as Databricks, Kafka, Contentstack, Hightouch, or Live Ramp
• Experience delivering website, mobile application, experimentation, or A/B testing initiatives
• Agile certifications such as PMI-ACP, CSM, PSM, or SAFe
• Experience managing vendor-delivered projects and build-versus-buy initiatives
• Retail or consumer-facing industry experience

Pay Range:
The approximate pay range for this position is between $38.00 and $55.00/hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
