Responsible for following operating procedures and responding to production support tickets for the FICO and GR modules within predefined service level agreements. Responsible for resolving and raising complex SAP-related support requests to appropriate resources for resolution. Understand support problems in applicable functional area and analyze options to resolve appropriate solutions. Capture requirements, identify gaps and design solutions. Must have prior work experience in the following: AR, AP, GL, AA, and COPA areas.

Demonstrable experience in New GL and Document split functionality. Automatic Payments with DMEE, XML and iDocs. Revenue Recognition Tax on sales and purchases. Exposure 3rd party taxation tools like Sabrix, Taxware or Vertex. Withholding Tax. Sound knowledge in Intercompany processes through Edi-IDocs. Exposure to Interfaces and development thereof. Knowledge in Bank communication Lock box and Electronic Bank statement with search strings.

Integration with SD, MM and PS modules. Working with IDocs. Local GAAP Reporting using special purpose ledgers. Foreign currency valuation and translation. Period end closing process. Credit Card processes Collection, Dispute, and Credit Management. Multi-currency global landscape.

Required Qualifications:

10+ years of SAP FICO experience including end-to-end project implementations. 2+ years of hands-on experience in SAP S/4 HANA FICO. Must have worked in AR, AP, new GL, AA, and COPA areas. Comfortable with project management and managing a team of 6+. Prior experience managing onsite/offshore teams and project work.
