Job Summary:
In this contingent resource assignment, you may:
Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Business Execution challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver instructor-led training sessions for LoanIQ within Lending Operations
- Develop and maintain training materials including presentations, job aids, and knowledge checks
- Create role-based training content and real-world lab scenarios aligned to business processes
- Configure training and test environments to support hands-on learning experiences
- Facilitate practice labs and reinforce learning through scenario-based exercises
- Walk users through LoanIQ system functionality, screens, and workflows
- Partner with business and operations teams to support procedure development and validation
- Ensure training content aligns with current processes, enhancements, and conversion requirements
- Support system adoption and readiness for AFS to LoanIQ conversion
- Adjust training approaches based on audience needs and feedback
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective training delivery
