, you will be responsible for the "look, feel, and flow" of our most critical projects.
This role requires a unique individual who can think like a user but execute like an engineer. You will be tasked with taking complex business requirements and condensing them into intuitive layouts that work flawlessly across desktops, tablets, and mobile devices. Whether it is a high-conversion landing page or a data-heavy enterprise dashboard, your designs will set the standard for quality.
Key Responsibilities 1. End-to-End Visual & Interaction DesignYou will lead the design and development of responsive website layouts and digital assets. This includes:
Discovery: Working with stakeholders to define user personas and project goals.
Wire framing & Prototyping: Utilizing Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch to build interactive blueprints that allow for rapid testing and iteration.
High-Fidelity UI: Delivering pixel-perfect final designs that incorporate modern aesthetics and consistent branding.
A great design is only successful if it can be built and understood. You will collaborate daily with:
Developers: To ensure technical feasibility, especially within the Angular framework.
Content Writers: To create a visual hierarchy that highlights the most important messaging.
Marketing Teams: To implement design concepts that align with SEO goals and drive higher click-through rates (CTR).
Consistency builds trust. You will ensure that every digital touchpoint—from social media assets to internal software tools—adheres to established branding guidelines. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining a Design System (component libraries, style guides, and typography sets) that ensures efficiency and unity across all projects.
4. Optimization & Data-Driven IterationWe believe in constant improvement. You will optimize websites for maximum speed, responsiveness, and usability. By conducting usability tests and analyzing performance metrics, you will identify areas for improvement and iterate on your designs based on actual user feedback and analytics.
CandidateQualifications & Skills
Scroll Tab is looking for a mid-level professional with 3 to 4 years of experience who is ready to hit the ground running.
Required Technical SkillsDesign Tools: Mastery of Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop and Illustrator).
Framework Familiarity: A solid understanding of Angular is highly preferred, as our development team relies on it for building dynamic user interfaces.
Web Standards: Deep knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3 principles to facilitate seamless handoffs to the engineering team.
