Technical Project Manager; W2​/No 3rd Parties

We are seeking a Mid-Level Technical Project Manager to support digital product and engineering initiatives within a global platform engineering organization. This role will drive Agile delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project execution, and ensure successful delivery of high-impact software solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing software delivery projects, Agile/Scrum methodologies, Jira, Git Hub/Git Lab, Confluence, SDLC processes, and working with distributed engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of software and technology projects using Agile/Scrum practices.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog management, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and release coordination.
• Coordinate timelines, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items across cross-functional teams.
• Partner with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to drive execution and alignment.
• Maintain project roadmaps, status reporting, and delivery plans.
• Manage Jira, Git Hub/Git Lab, and Confluence workflows to support engineering execution.
• Remove blockers and ensure teams remain focused on delivery goals.
• Support digital platforms, mobile applications, analytics, personalization, and AI-enabled initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–6 years of experience managing software or technology delivery projects.
• 2+ years of experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Proven experience delivering cross-functional digital products and technology solutions.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Sprint planning and backlog management
• Roadmaps and release planning
• Dependency tracking
• RAID management (risks, issues, actions, decisions)
• SDLC and CI/CD processes
• Hands-on experience with project management tools:
• Jira
• Git Hub/Git Lab
• Confluence
• Experience coordinating globally distributed teams.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering AI/GenAI-powered solutions or working with ML engineering teams.
• Familiarity with LLMs, embeddings, personalization, automation, or AI-driven workflows.
• Understanding of responsible AI practices and AI product delivery lifecycle.
• Experience in retail, e-commerce, or high-volume digital environments.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
• Agile certifications such as PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, or SAFe.
• Experience with program-level coordination, budgeting, vendor, or resource management.
