Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Project Manager to lead and deliver enterprise infrastructure initiatives supporting client's IT Operations organization. This role is responsible for managing infrastructure projects from initiation through implementation and closure, ensuring successful delivery of network, voice, telephony, data center, cloud, and infrastructure modernization programs.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in enterprise infrastructure project management and is comfortable working alongside technical teams while maintaining focus on planning, governance, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication. This individual will be expected to take ownership of active projects, quickly establish execution continuity, and drive successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise infrastructure projects through the complete project lifecycle, from initiation to closeout.
• Assume ownership of ongoing infrastructure projects and ensure seamless execution.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, RAID logs, action items, and status reports.
• Lead project meetings, implementation planning sessions, technical workshops, and executive status reviews.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including infrastructure engineers, network architects, cloud teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Monitor project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and change requests.
• Support infrastructure refreshes, migrations, cutovers, deployments, lifecycle management, and modernization initiatives.
• Track project deliverables, ownership, due dates, and completion status to ensure successful execution.
• Escalate project risks and blockers while driving timely resolution.
• Maintain project governance documentation, implementation plans, project artifacts, and closeout documentation.
• Prepare executive-level dashboards, project updates, meeting minutes, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure alignment between technical and business stakeholders throughout project execution.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years of IT Project Management experience.
• 5+ years managing enterprise infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects involving:
• Voice & Telephony
• Data Center Operations
• Infrastructure Lifecycle Management
• Hardware Refresh & End-of-Life (EOL) Programs
• Compute & Storage Platforms
• Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity
• Experience taking over projects already in progress and driving successful completion.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent infrastructure initiatives within large enterprise environments.
