Project Manager, IT Project Manager

We are looking for a Mid IT Project Manager with experience managing Service Now and enterprise infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with stakeholders and vendors, and ensure successful delivery of infrastructure initiatives from planning through implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage IT infrastructure projects from initiation to completion.
• Lead Service Now project delivery and coordinate project execution.
• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and status reports.
• Coordinate technical teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
• Support infrastructure deployments, migrations, and modernization projects.
• Conduct project meetings and provide regular stakeholder communication.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT Project Management experience.
• Experience managing Service Now implementation or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and governance.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in enterprise environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Teams, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to understand technical infrastructure concepts and work effectively with engineering teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• PMP Certification is a plus.
