• Implementation, configuration, and support of call recording, speech analytics, and workforce management solutions for the client.
• Hands‑on engineering, vendor coordination, testing, performance support, and post‑production stabilization.
• Participate in performance testing and tuning activities to ensure application stability and scalability.

NOTE:

Role requires 60% onsite client work in Pennington NJ;
Charlotte NC; or Addison, TX and client mandated time away, 5 days per quarter.

• 5+ years of experience in Call Recording and Speech Analytics.
• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
